Asbestos was commonly used in building materials, including some school desks, prior to the 1980s. However, many schools have since replaced or encapsulated these desks to prevent exposure to asbestos fibers. To clean school desks, start by removing any items from the desk surface. Use a disinfectant spray or wipes to thoroughly clean the desk, paying special attention to high-touch areas like the desktop, edges, and handles. Allow the disinfectant to sit for the recommended time before wiping it off with a clean cloth. Finally, let the desk air dry before placing any items back on it. **

Additionally, they can accommodate a variety of users with different height preferences, making them versatile for different individuals. Finally, they can promote a more dynamic and active work environment, which can lead to increased productivity and overall well-being. **

Some sharing desks may be dirty because they are used by multiple people throughout the day, increasing the likelihood of spills, crumbs, and other messes accumulating. Additionally, not everyone may be diligent about cleaning up after themselves, leading to a build-up of dirt and grime. The lack of regular cleaning and disinfecting of shared desks can also contribute to their dirtiness. **
